Worcester boiler service and landlords gas safety certificate Weybridge
Boiler service and Landlord's gas safety certificate on a Worcester Greenstar 28i combi MKV boiler. There was nobody present and had to access the property using a key box and key code. I found the Worcester combi boiler in good condition from the outside but on removal of the case I found signs of previous heat damage around the top of the heat exchanger which appears to have been repaired by another contractor. There are also signs of a leaking auto air vent and signs of a small weep around the bottom of the heat exchanger. The extended flue had no flue brackets which has been reported back to the landlord.
I completed the boiler service and gas safety certificate and left the property. I have recommended a full strip down service for next year and have set up a service reminder which will be emailed to the customer when it is due.
